The Golden Valley Memorial Hospital Foundation is pleased to have conducted a capital campaign to establish a LifeFlight Eagle base right here in Clinton – on the hospital campus!
The emergency helicopter program includes high-tech equipment for giving in-flight care to stroke, cardiac, obstetric and other critically ill or injured patients. The use of air ambulances can mean the difference between life and death.

Tanner Perry Back to Playing Baseball
Saturday, April 26, 2008 was a typical day for the Perry family. Tanner, (12), had just finished a baseball game in Oak Grove and returned home with his father Matthew and brothers Trenton and Taylor. Just minutes later, Trenton discovered Tanner in the backyard halfway on the ground with his neck caught in the rope swing which was set up on the backyard oak tree. Ken Wilson, Heart Attack Survivor
On the afternoon of Wednesday, October 29, 2008 LifeFlight Eagle member, Ken Wilson, was outside washing his car at his Warsaw home, when he suddenly felt severe pain in his chest. Despite the fact that Ken, a retired superintendent of schools in Lakeland, had passed a treadmill stress test and echo cardiogram just five weeks earlier, he wasn’t taking any chances.
