Automated appointment reminder system

Golden Valley Memorial Hospital’s clinics in Clinton, Windsor and Warsaw will be implementing an automated appointment reminder system in January.  This system will automatically give a reminder call to patients two days prior to their appointment and will provide better access to healthcare by reducing missed appointments.  The message will state the date and time of the appointment as well as the physician being seen.  In the event a patient would prefer not to be reminded, the new system will allow the flexibility to exclude any patient from an appointment reminder call for any specific appointment.  If you have any questions, call Meredith Cooper at 660-890-8023.
