Mark your calendar! Golden Valley Medical-Windsor and Golden Valley Medical - Clinton will be offering free sports physicals for student athletes for the 2011-2012 school year. Both locations will be performing the free physicals on Wednesday, August 3rd, beginning at 5:00 pm in Windsor and 6:00 pm in Clinton. Student athletes need to contact their school in advance to pick up a physical form. The completed physical form needs to be with the student athlete on August 3.
