A check for more than $2600 was presented to Craig Thompson, Assistant Administrator Professional Services by Golden Valley Eagles #3667, Aerie & Auxiliary. Also pictured are members Glenda Welborn, John Blank, Brenda D'Aunoy, and Sally Flynn. They held a fundraising event in February for American Heart Month to donate proceeds to the GVMH Cardiac Rehab and to Children’s Mercy Hospital’s cardiac unit. Dr. Spooner is retiring after over thirty-seven years of service to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital (GVMH) and the patients we serve.  Dr. Spooner has been practicing in Clinton since 1974.

He has dedicated his entire career to providing medical care to the golden valley area.
