| » Safe Sitter Classes Open For Registration | |
As a babysitter, you take on a very important role. Babysitting can, and should be, fun! But accepting a babysitting job also means accepting responsibility for a child's life. GVMH will be offering a Safe Sitter Class on June 16 from 8 - 3:30 at the Clinton Community Center. This one day course is offered for girls and boys ages 11-13. Class size is limited. Registration fee is $35.00. The last day to register is June 10. Students need to bring a sack lunch to class. For more information or to sign up, please call 660-890-8451. Dr. Bill Dailey will present "What You Need to Know About Arthritis" on Wednesday, May 6th at noon at the Windsor Senior Center (located at 201 S. Main in Windsor, MO.) Arthritis can cause pain, inflammation, and limited function of the joints. During this free program, Dr. Dailey will explain how an early and accurate diagnosis can help prevent irreversible damage and disability.
