GVMH Presents Check for Winning Diabetes Walk Poster
Jamie Ketterman from Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare Diabetes Department presents Felice Allen with a $50 check for her winning poster.
On April 16, Jamie Ketterman, Diabetes Educator at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare honored 3rd grader, Felice Allen and her class at Holy Rosary with a Pizza Party. Felice submitted the winning poster for the Diabetes Walk, which was scheduled in March but was canceled due to weather. Since Felice was not able to attend the upcoming Appreciation Breakfast, Jamie presented her class with pizza and Felice received her prize money of $50. The Appreciation Breakfast is scheduled for April 24, 7:00-9:00 a.m. in the GVMH Medical Plaza classroom.
