GVMH and Henry County Health Center Provides Educational Meetings for School Nurses

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare and Henry County Health Center developed a partnership to bring educational meetings to area school nurses. The School Nurse Network meetings were organized so that topics of interest could be brought to area school nurses and allow them to network with one another. The meetings are held the fourth Thursday of the month at 9:00 a.m. in the GVMH Medical Plaza Classroom. The guest speaker for the September meeting was Gary French, Emergency Planner at the Henry County Health Center. Gary gave information about H1N1 and what schools could expect this flu season.
