Orthopedic Services Expanding at GVMH
On April 29, Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare nursing professionals participated in training for updated orthopedic procedures. The staff will be working with patients of Dr. Danny Carroll, orthopedic surgeon, and Tami Fischer, nurse practitioner.
Tami Fischer, Nurse Practitioner
Tami Fischer is now working at Golden Valley Medical-Clinton as an orthopedic nurse practitioner. She has been working with orthopedic surgeon Danny Carroll, MD, in Belton, Mo. since February. Dr. Carroll, will be performing orthopedic surgery services on a regular basis GVMH in Clinton. Tami will see patients at the clinic location and provide inpatient care for orthopedic patients. She will offer local, full-time orthopedic coverage by seeing patients and identifying those with orthopedic surgery needs and handle general orthopedic cases with the exception of back and spine issues.
