Scenes from Hospital Week at GVMH...
Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare celebrated National Healthcare week May 9-15. Throughout the week, staff at GVMH enjoyed several events to recognize the hard work they do. On May 11, GVMH hosted Jump-Rope-To-Stethoscope in which students from area schools were invited to job shadow nursing staff and each received a stethoscope.
Some of the activities at GVMH during National Healthcare Week included waffle bowl sundaes, mini massages and a certification luncheon for nursing staff.
A bake sale and “Wheeling for Apples” were two fundraisers that raised money for the Zeta Gilvin scholarship fund.
