Golden Valley Medical - Clinton Offers Free Sports Physicals
Mark your calendar now – the date is early in the summer this year! Golden Valley Medical-Clinton is offering free sports physicals for student athletes for the 2010-2011 school year. Golden Valley Medical-Clinton will be performing the free physicals on Wednesday, June 16, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Student athletes need to contact their school in advance to pick up a physical form. The completed physical form needs to be with the student athlete on June 16.
