Golden Valley Medical - Windsor Offers Free Sports Physicals

Mark your calendar! Golden Valley Medical-Windsor is offering free sports physicals for student athletes for the 2010-2011 school year.  Golden Valley Medical-Windsor will be performing the free physicals on Tuesday, August 3, beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Student athletes need to contact their school in advance to pick up a physical form.  The completed physical form needs to be with the student athlete on August 3.  Please contact Tammy Bean at Golden Valley Medical-Windsor, 660-647-2147 for additional information.
