Now Accepting Registrations for the Heart of Cycling Clinic

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH), Henry County CHART and the Tour of Missouri Local Organizing Committee is preparing for a 16-week bike clinic. This program is designed to increase cardiac health awareness through cycling.  If you are interested in a beginning cycling program, this clinic is for you!
            The facilitator for this program is Sam Baugh, local cyclist.  The weekly sessions will include topics to help cyclists get started and get the most of their cycling experience. Healthcare professionals from GVMH will present topics on nutrition, heart health, injury prevention and much more.  Cholesterol Screenings and body fat will be offered at no charge for registered participants.  Families are encouraged to participate and all age groups are welcome.  Children 12 and under will need a parent or guardian to register with them.
