Walk in Clinic Offered in Warsaw

Golden Valley Medical-Warsaw would like to remind everyone that the Walk-in Clinic is now available for patients over the age of 12 months.

The Walk-in Clinic, staffed by a Family Nurse Practitioner, is designed for prompt care when you experience a minor illness or injury.  Appointments are not scheduled.  All patients will “walk-in” for caring and professional services.  The Walk-in Clinic should not replace a primary care physician but is convenient when one’s physician is not available.

The Walk-in Clinic is not limited to but will see patients for the following: pinkeye, ear infections, colds, bronchitis/respiratory illness, sore throat, sinus infections, bladder infections, swimmer’s ear, flu symptoms, stomach disorders such as constipation and diarrhea, and skin conditions.  Other services include sports physicals, flu shots, sprains and strains, pregnancy tests and ear wash.

The Walk-in Clinic services do not include:  narcotic prescriptions, routine medication refills, chronic pain appointments, dental appointments, neck or back conditions, routine wellness exams (PAP, etc.), chest pain or other possible life threatening conditions, mental health (anxiety, depression), and care of the pregnant patient.
