Golden Valley Medical - Windsor Offers Vaccines for Children Program

Golden Valley Medical-Windsor now offers immunizations for infants and children.  The vaccines are offered to those who qualify for the federally funded program, Vaccines For Children (VFC),  as well as those individuals with private insurance.  Immunizations are only available during a well child visit.

The federally funded VFC program is a program for eligible children, age 18 and younger.  VFC helps families of children who may not otherwise have access to vaccines by providing free vaccines to doctors that serve them.    Those eligible for VFC are individuals eligible for Medicaid, those who have no health insurance, Native Americans or Alaska Natives, and those whose health insurance does not cover immunizations.
