2007 Community Walking Program

The 2007 walking program sponsored by Golden Valley Memorial Hospital begins January 1, 2007. 

The walking program is an incentive program to encourage physical activity.  Every individual who signs up for the program is eligible to earn a prize after completing 100 miles of walking, or the equivalent of 100 miles through other forms of exercise (cycling, strength training, swimming, stair climbing, etc.).  You may exercise anywhere you like and log your miles.

You can pick up your registration form and log sheet at the Clinton Community Center, Windsor Wellness Center or Warsaw Family Clinic at any time. 
Start logging your miles on January 1 to get started.
