SHIFT: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
STATUS: 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Nurse Practitioner license (FNP)
2. Patient centered attitude
3. Flexible schedule
4. Strong work ethics
5. Standard of care practices & documentation
6. EMR experience desired
7. Collaborative practice experience desired
8. Walk-in clinic experience desired
9. Experience practitioner desired
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires prolonged periods of standing and being on your feet. Mostly sedentary work requiring some reaching, lifting, bending, walking, listening and must be able to exert the physical activity necessary to accomplish the goals and objectives of the position. Must be able to hear sufficiently, speak clearly, handle stress of multiple tasks.
