DIABETES SKILLS AND MANAGEMENT

Our Diabetes Skills and Management Program is directed by a  Certified Diabetes Educator who, along with a licensed registered dietitian and a licensed social worker, works with newly diagnosed diabetics or those who are changing their therapy regimens to help them gain tight control of their diabetes. A monthly Diabetes Class and a newsletter are also available for ongoing education and information for our diabetic patients. For more information, call 660-890-7080.
