Teams of well educated and trained staff include certified registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified surgical technologists, certified registered nurse anesthetists and support staff. All team members closely monitor surgical patients to determine their needs before, during, and after procedures. Patients may spend the night in the hospital for closer supervision or return home the day of surgery.
