Brandon Crispi Promoted to Executive Director of Emergency Services at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare

Clinton, MO. – (Nov. 3, 2025) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce the promotion of Brandon Crispi, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, to Executive Director of Emergency Services.

In this expanded leadership role, Crispi will oversee the strategic and operational functions of the Emergency Department, ensuring excellence in patient care, staff development, quality outcomes and departmental efficiency. In addition, beginning November 1, 2025, he will provide psychiatric mental health services to patients one day each week, further enhancing access to behavioral health care within the organization.

Crispi brings more than 13 years of diverse nursing experience, including roles in medical-surgical, intensive care, emergency care and nursing leadership. Since 2020, he has served as Emergency Department Director at GVMH, where he has driven significant improvements in departmental performance, patient care and staff engagement.

Crispi earned his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Cox College in May 2025, his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Central Methodist University, and an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Concorde Career College. He is board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and is an active member of the American Nurses Association and the Missouri Nurses Association.
