Clinton, MO. – (Sept. 26, 2024) – Effective January 1, 2025, Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) will no longer be in-network with Healthy Blue, a Medicaid product offered by Missouri Care, Inc. GVMH will continue to be in-network with two Medicaid-managed care plans in 2025, Home State Health Plan and United Healthcare Community Plan. Healthy Blue patients have the opportunity to switch to one of the other managed care plans.
