Windsor Diabetes Support Group

The Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare diabetes care team is hosting free diabetes management support groups for diabetic patients and their caregivers. Each of the support groups are designed to create an opportunity for diabetes patients to connect with other patients, ask questions and make new friends.
