Clinton, MO. – (July 10, 2025) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is proud to recognize Ashley Rumfelt as its July Employee of the Month.
Rumfelt has been a committed member of the GVMH team since 2017, serving in various roles such as Hospital Lab Section Supervisor and Clinic Lab Supervisor. In 2020, she transitioned into her role as Clinical Systems Analyst in the Information Technology department, while continuing to support the Hospital Lab as a Registered Medical Technologist. Her vast knowledge of the Lab module in Meditech is a huge asset to multiple departments across the organization.
Rumfelt received multiple nominations for Employee of the Month. She consistently takes on a substantial workload, contributing to key initiatives such as new instrumentation, Meditech upgrades and auto-verification processes across both hospital and clinic laboratories. Her exceptional work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to support her team sets her apart. Rumfelt approaches every task with commitment, answers questions with patience and clarity and never leaves a job unfinished.
As Employee of the Month, Rumfelt received a special GVMH gift, and her name will be permanently displayed on a commemorative plaque at the main campus. She is also one of 12 finalists for the 2025-2026 Employee of the Year award.
