Clinton, MO. – (Dec. 16, 2025) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is proud to recognize Jena Lysinger as its December Employee of the Month.
Lysinger’s journey at GVMH began in January 2024 as a Switchboard Operator in Clinic Registration. She transitioned to a Receptionist role at the end of 2024, and was promoted to Clinic Registration Supervisor in 2025.
She was selected for the honor for her compassion, professionalism and dedication to patients and coworkers. Colleagues describe her as the dependable team member everyone turns to for guidance, support and problem-solving.
“Jena exemplifies what it means to be a team player,” said Tara Dull, Executive Director of Compliance. “She is always willing to help, happy to learn and striving to do what is best for our patients.”
Known for her upbeat attitude, contagious laugh and willingness to step in wherever she is needed, Lysinger is a joy to work with. She has trained several new employees, updated departmental processes, volunteered to cover shifts for coworkers and routinely provides rides, lunch or other support to team members. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure patients receive exceptional service.
As Employee of the Month, Lysinger is eligible for GVMH’s Employee of the Year award.
