Clinton, MO. – (Sept. 11, 2025) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is proud to recognize Dave Roberts as its September Employee of the Month.
Roberts joined GVMH in 2022 as a Security Guard and has consistently gone above and beyond to create a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff. Whether assisting staff with transporting items between buildings, guiding visitors or de-escalating tense or potentially dangerous situations, Dave embodies the values and standards of GVMH every day he is on the job.
This marks his second time receiving this prestigious honor, having previously been recognized in November 2023 for his outstanding dedication and professionalism. Dave’s compassion shines through in every interaction, truly reflecting the spirit and core values of GVMH.
“Dave is courteous and respectful in every interaction,” said Chris Modlin, Director of Security. “Whether greeting employees or addressing safety concerns, he remains calm, collected and professional. Patients, visitors and staff at GVMH are truly fortunate to have Dave as part of our Security team.”
As Employee of the Month, Roberts received a special GVMH gift, and his name will be permanently displayed on a commemorative plaque at the main campus. He is also one of 12 finalists for the 2025-2026 Employee of the Year award.
