Clinton, Mo. – (Sept. 11, 2025) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is proud to recognize Dave Roberts this month for his outstanding work as a member of our Security team.
Dave joined in 2022 as a Security Guard and has gone the extra mile to ensure a safe and caring environment for patients and fellow staff alike ever since. From helping staff members transport items to other buildings and guiding visitors to de-escalating tense or dangerous situations, Dave exemplifies the values and standards of GVMH every day that he is on the job.
This will be his second time earning this honor, as he was also recognized in November of 2023 for his outstanding dedication and professionalism. Dave extends his compassion to everyone he encounters, reflecting the true spirit of GVMH and our values in everything he does. “Dave is courteous and respectful in every interaction. Whether he’s greeting employees or assisting with a safety concern, he remains calm, collected and professional.” said Chris Modlin, Director of Security, of Dave’s exceptional job performance.
