Clinton, MO – (Feb. 10, 2026) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is proud to recognize Alicia Miller as February Employee of the Month.
Miller serves as a Clinical Medical Assistant in Podiatry at East Campus. In her role, she assists physicians in coordinating timely, efficient and courteous patient care while maintaining confidentiality. She is known for her teamwork, willingness to cross-train and ability to uphold the highest standards of communication and professionalism.
Miller joined GVMH in February of 2021 as a Processor in the Hospital Lab. She then transferred to a Processor position in the Clinic Lab in 2022. In 2023 she moved into a Medical Assistant role in Podiatry at East Campus. She earned her Medical Assistant certification in December of 2024 and became a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. She also serves in a secondary role as a Lab Tech with the Osceola Clinic.
The colleague who nominated her shared, “Alicia is by far the best Medical Assistant I have worked with. She ensures our patients feel valued and cared for. Without her, I am not sure I could provide the level of care I am able to.” She is described as dependable, compassionate and patient focused.
