Clinton, MO – (April 3, 2026) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is proud to recognize Rebecca Rogers as its March Employee of the Month.
As a Surgery Charge Nurse, Rogers supports daily operations in the Surgery Department, maintains patient throughput and ensures adherence to Surgical Service Standards of Practice. Rebecca provides direct patient care, coordinates with ancillary departments and assists with patient nurse leader rounding to help drive an exceptional patient experience. She is known for her leadership, problem solving and strong commitment to her team.
Rogers joined GVMH in 2011 as a Certified Medical Assistant in Clinton and earned her LPN in 2018. She then advanced to an RN role in Surgery in 2019, later transferring to Endoscopy before returning to Surgery as a Charge Nurse. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she frequently volunteers to test new procedures and processes, helps train staff and supports departmental improvements.
