Clinton, MO. – (April 1, 2026) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce that Ashtyn Howard, PA‑C, has joined its Orthopedics team.
Howard earned a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, TN. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. Her academic achievements include certificates in Multicultural Studies, Medical Science and Human Biology.
Her clinical background includes experience as an Ophthalmic Technician with Missouri Retina Consultants and service at MU Health Care. Howard completed clinical rotations in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine and has participated in research projects focused on cardiomyopathy and tumor growth mechanisms. Her research has been presented at university research forums, reflecting her commitment to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care.
In her role at GVMH, Howard will work as part of the Orthopedics team, assisting with patient evaluations, supporting orthopedic procedures, collaborating on treatment plans and providing patient education.
