Clinton, MO. – (Nov. 3, 2025) – Open enrollment season is here, the time to check your health insurance and make sure you have the coverage you need for 2026. Whether you have Medicare or purchase insurance through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace, now is the time to review your options.
If you have Medicare, you can make changes to your coverage through Dec. 7, 2025. Any changes you make will take effect Jan. 1, 2026. For more information, visit medicare.gov.
For those not eligible for Medicare, the ACA Marketplace is open through Dec. 15, 2025, for coverage starting Jan. 1, 2026. Eligible individuals include U.S. citizens, nationals or people living legally in the U.S. who do not have Medicare. You can sign up at healthcare.gov.
