Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare Transitions Home Services to Novus LifeCare

Clinton, MO. (May 1, 2025) — Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) has reached an agreement with Novus LifeCare, a respected provider of home health and hospice services based in Kansas City, MO, to transition its Home Services business line. The transition will expand access to high-quality, personalized home care across West Central Missouri.

This change will allow Novus LifeCare to build upon the strong foundation established by GVMH and offer an enhanced range of home care services in Henry, Benton and St. Clair Counties.

“We are always looking for ways to better serve our patients, employees and communities,” said Craig Thompson, CEO of GVMH. “By transitioning our Home Services to Novus LifeCare, we ensure continued access to compassionate, expert care while expanding the support available to caregivers and families. We are confident this will benefit our region well into the future.”

To ensure a smooth and seamless experience for patients and employees, all current GVMH Home Services staff were offered positions with Novus LifeCare, who has established an office in Clinton. The transaction will conclude by no later than June 30, 2025.

“We are honored to continue the legacy of care that GVMH has built,” said Saumya Singh, CEO of Novus LifeCare. “Together, we’re focused on providing exceptional care and expanding access to services that help people live well in the place they call home.” For more information about Novus LifeCare, visit www.novuslifecare.com.
