Rachel Boyles, Chief Ancillary Officer, Receives Innovation Award

Clinton, MO. – (Oct.1, 2025) – Rachel Boyles, Chief Ancillary Officer at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, has received the 2025 Rural Health Excellence in Innovation Award from the Missouri Rural Health Association in partnership with the Missouri Association of Rural Health Clinics.

The award was presented at the Missouri Rural Health Conference by MRHA Executive Director Heidi Lucas. It honors individuals and organizations who go above and beyond in addressing the unique challenges faced by rural communities across Missouri. The 2025 awards recognized excellence in innovation, leadership and advocacy.

As chair of the Innovation Committee at GVMH, Boyles has led the development of a culture centered on inclusive, people-first innovation. She created a transparent process that empowers employees across the organization to contribute ideas that improve patient care.

Under her leadership, GVMH has implemented several groundbreaking initiatives, including remote monitoring for high-risk pregnancies, at-home asthma care for pediatric patients and technology-driven solutions that enhance patient access and communication. Her approach ensures that every staff member has a voice in shaping innovation, positioning GVMH as a model for rural healthcare transformation.
