You may quality for cardiopulmonary rehab if you have not previously participated in a rehab for your diagnosis, or have experienced any of the following conditions:
Typically, our patients attend rehab three days a week for about 12 weeks. Our expertly trained team — including cardiologists, nurses, exercise specialists, dietitians and mental health professionals — will personally supervise your rehabilitation program, help determine activities appropriate for your condition and provide encouragement, education and motivation to help you meet your goals.
We treat our patients like family — because to us, they are. From the moment you start your program, you’ll feel the difference in our one-on-one care.
From immediate treatment following a cardiac event to long-term maintenance and healthy habits, each phase of our cardiopulmonary rehab care is designed to address different aspects of your recovery.
We understand that cost and transportation can pose challenges for many of our patients. Our team is here to help you navigate insurance coverage and explore financial aid options, so you can receive the care you need without compromising other aspects of your health or lifestyle.
To help you navigate your healthcare, our Social Services team is available to assist with a variety of hospital and community resources.
We are proudly certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR ) — a certification we renew every three years to ensure we meet the highest standards of care.
