We saw Dr. Etters as a second opinion for my daughter after not being satisfied with our usually pediatric dr in another town. The ease of being able to make an appointment online and being able to be seen same day was so important to us. The reception desk was very friendly and quick since we were first time patients. The nurse and Dr were both so patient and listened to our concerns. They took everything we said very serious. And after not being heard at our precious Dr, Dr Etters wan testing necessary to find a diagnosis for my child. They were super accommodating in the lab and explained everything so very well to my child who was anxious about the lab draw. We received results in a very timely manner and all of our questions were answered. We felt that Dr Etters was concerned with the care received and follow up care.

I have been with Dr Etters for at least 15 years. She is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She absolutely listens to my concerns, orders all appropriate appointments for me to have, according to my health issues.

My physician and the hospital personnel are always friendly and respectful.
