Rachelle Babin is a distinguished healthcare executive with a proven record of driving excellence in clinical quality, patient safety, accreditation and organizational improvement. As Executive Director of Quality and Accreditation, Babin leads the organization’s efforts to ensure the highest standards in patient care, regulatory compliance and safety. She oversees initiatives to enhance quality across the organization, fostering continuous improvement in care delivery while maintaining stringent compliance standards.

With deep expertise in change management, Babin has successfully led large-scale projects that align diverse stakeholders and promote a culture of safety and reliability. She has a strong background in implementing evidence-based strategies, including Lean Six Sigma practices, that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Babin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University. She is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (CMMT) from the University of Texas and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Throughout her career, Babin has guided numerous organizations through successful accreditation processes, helping them achieve and maintain high standards in healthcare delivery. She has played a key role in developing national quality measures and has helped implement performance improvement programs for hospitals, surgical centers and other healthcare entities.
