Brandon Crispi

Executive Director of Emergency Services

Brandon Crispi, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a dynamic nurse executive with more than 10 years of clinical and leadership experience spanning medical-surgical, intensive care, emergency services and hospital operations. As Executive Director of Emergency Services, Crispi oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring high standards in clinical quality, patient care, and operational performance.

Crispi is recognized for his ability to drive departmental excellence by optimizing workflows, enhancing team collaboration and fostering a positive, high-performance culture. He leads key initiatives in staffing, training and competency development, supporting both clinical excellence and staff engagement.

In addition to his executive role, Crispi is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and remains active in clinical practice, seeing patients one day per week. This dual perspective strengthens his leadership approach by keeping him closely connected to patient care and the evolving needs of both staff and the community.

Before stepping into his current role, Crispi served in various leadership and clinical positions at GVMH, including ED Director, House Supervisor and ICU and Med/Surg nurse. His leadership has contributed to measurable improvements in care delivery, patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.

Crispi holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Cox College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central Methodist University. He is an active member of the American Nurses Association and the Missouri Nurses Association.
