Chief Compliance Officer/Executive Director of Compliance
Tara Dull is a dedicated healthcare compliance leader with more than 13 years of experience at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare. As the Chief Compliance Officer/Executive Director of Compliance, she is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the organization’s compliance program. She ensures that GVMH meets all statutory and regulatory requirements related to fraud, waste, and abuse laws and data privacy.
Dull plays a critical role in building a comprehensive privacy program that defines, develops, and maintains policies and processes to minimize risk and protect confidential information. She also leads operational efforts to enhance regulatory readiness and maintain a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization.
A key contributor to strategic healthcare initiatives, Dull was instrumental in GVMH’s involvement in the Transformation of Rural Community Health initiative in Missouri. This groundbreaking program fosters collaboration between hospitals, primary care providers, behavioral health clinics and community-based organizations to address social determinants of health and improve outcomes for Medicaid patients. Her leadership in this effort has helped position GVMH as a proactive force in advancing rural healthcare.
Dull earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics from Western Governors University. She is a certified project manager and a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).
