I had good and quick care to treat me for the flu and to check my blood pressure as I was concerned that it might be higher than normal.

I had to go to another dr to receive proper care for the patient and myself after I saw her. Her primary was shocked she only prescribed 7 day antibiotic treatment after I explained her history. she said usual treatment is 14 days for a sinus infection and Elizabeth would only treat for "an ear infection." she hasn't had any issues with her ears and she said "oh it looks a little red I don't like treating sinus infection until 10 days out so I'll treat the ear." And myself I went to another dr who said my left ear was ruptured and my right was infected and bulging with fluid after she said they looked fine and wouldn't treat me. I also had pneumonia and required steroid shot and toradol shot for pain and inflammation as well as home steroids and antibiotics. this was only a couple days after she sent me with an inhaler and Flonase that I told her I already had. I don't feel I should pay for these appointments honestly the worst experience I've had in a long time. She is so nervous and against prescribing antibiotics that she ignores truly sick patients. I've heard awful things about the walk in but felt too sick to go anywhere else. I will never make that mistake again. Just hope GVMH can do right on this and wave the bill as this was the most pointless waste of my time visit.

I liked the wait time was not very long. but I didn't like that I didn't get all the care I needed.

Dr Liz is amazing, and trust her with my child. she was very understanding to his fear of having to receive a steroid shot becauseof poison ivy. she was very patient with him.
