Executive Director of Ambulatory and Telehealth Services
Savanna Facklam is an experienced healthcare leader with more than 15 years of expertise in multi department oversight, regulatory compliance, clinical processes and operational management. As the Executive Director of Ambulatory and Telehealth Services, she provides leadership for four physician clinics and oversees their service line growth and development.
Facklam is highly skilled in healthcare operations, public relations, budget and financial analysis and resource management. She is committed to improving patient access and enhancing care delivery through strategic leadership and innovation in ambulatory and telehealth services.
She earned a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University. She also holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from Crowder College.
Facklam is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in A3 Healthcare and earned the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) credential.
