Executive Director of Growth and Development
Savanna Facklam is an experienced healthcare leader with more than 15 years of expertise in multi-department oversight, regulatory compliance, clinical processes and operational management. As the Executive Director of Growth and Development, she leads system-wide efforts to expand patient access, strengthen physician relationships and grow the presence of Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare across its regional footprint.
Facklam is highly skilled in healthcare operations, public relations, budget and financial analysis and resource management. She is committed to identifying and advancing strategic growth opportunities that support our mission, vision and long-term goals by overseeing business development, physician outreach, market analysis and service line opportunity assessments.
She earned a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University. She also holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from Crowder College.
Facklam is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in A3 Healthcare and earned the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) credential.
