This provider is amazing. So kind and courteous, amdprofessional.

I had ear infection in February. Couldn't get In to see Ear, nose, throat till June. Ear Infection gone so couldn't give me a definitive of the cause of an answer because issue was long gone.

Dr Johnson is audiologist who tested my hearing and recommended the best hearing for me, but Golden Valley is NOT in the provider list with Nations Hearing; so he was unable to order the set. He is the best audiologist I have ever seen. I hope GV become a provider so Dr Johnson be able to provide service to more patients, like me.

Dr Johnson performed my audiology exam and educated me on hearing aids. He directed me to outside sources to make my own decisions. He never pressured me. That was why I chose to buy my hearing aids from Golden Valley. Dr Johnson was thorough and patient at my fitting and, so far, my new hearing aids have been a great experience.
