I am so thankful for the staff always treating me respectfully and kindly, even when I'm lost or am nervous and feel I'm taking too much time. As far as neurology, I was late, so my provider probably wasn't able to give as much attention as she would usually. She wasn't very chatty, but I actually sometimes prefer that. If I didn't understand any terms I had to ask on my own, but she was very clear and open to answering all my questions and explaining the parts of the physical.

Provider is nice. She just stayed about 5 minutes. But she wanted me to have an MRI and that was that. She will let me know the results. Another appointment for 6 months

I only see Rebecca Fredrich 1 once a year. She has been great every time I see her.

Waited 40 min to see Ms Fredrich after nurse did initial bp, etc.

Not having had to deal with dementia until now,I feel very fortunate and grateful for the kind, professional and thoughtful treatment. All involved were very courteous. Friendly, happy and my care provider was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. Because I was a little. It's scared about my condition, but she was great.She explained everything so I understood it.I would definitely recommend her to any one

Other than the initial 3 months it took to get my first appt when I had my medical problem I am very happy with this provider and the staff.

Rebecca Friedrich is top notch in concern and follow thru/up care. She has shown me more respect and concern for my health over my few years with her than any other doc In gvmh. She seems to always go above and beyond for me. I'd be lost without the care and dedication to helping me that Ive received from her specifically these last few years. She is a godsend.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the check-in process as well as the rooming process. Also, Rebecca was very attentive to my concerns and I feel confident that she will figure out what is going on with my health.
