I am very impressed with Dr. Smith. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to my health concerns and answered my questions. He made sure I was aware of same day services available at the office for emergency situations. A follow up appointment was made and the availability to contact for continued care.

This was my first visit as I was going to Bothwell. Wanted to make a change. Was very impressed with this visit.

I always have a great experience when I call or have an appointment. Reception is always friendly, the nurses are on spot and know your history. Dr Smith is a joy to have as my PCP. He is always attentive and empathetic with my health care needs. He is definitely the best physician I have had especially in my older years. His support and time he spends with me is very important.
