I was a patient of Dr. Urasani since 2021 and very hesitant about having to move to Michelle due to his leaving. I have had two appointments with her and although I am still adjusting to having to establish a new relationship with another behavioral health provider, I am feeling more and more confident that I will continue to get the level of care that I need as I continue to progress in my behavioral health journey. I do feel Michelle took the time to study my file prior to our first appointment together. On the other hand, I was concerned she wasn't as reactive as Dr. Ursani would have been regarding a minor regression in my progress towards my diagnosis prior to the appointment this survey is referencing. However, during this appointment she explained her plan of treatment which led me to believe my concern of her lack of 'reaction' was off base. This helped me to gain a level of trust in her and also helped me feel I am in just as good of hands, although different, as I was with Dr. Urasani. Maybe being in the hands of a different provider is what I need to help fine-tune approaches that will allow me to continue to successfully navigate those instances when setbacks and return of symptoms occur.

I have a wonderful provider

Michelle Tremain is always on on target with me. It was a joy to be able to talk with her. She helps me understand a lot of different things. She's a very good provider.

They are very good at what they do

I always receive great care when I visit Michelle's office. Her MA's are kind and answer all questions that I have an assist me with calling pharmacies for my medications if they are not available through my primary pharmacy. Michelle is always so kind and I feel as if she listens to my concerns very well and treats me with respect. Appointments are always very prompt with very little wait time, which is greatly appreciated for a busy, working mom such as myself.

I felt a little rushed out as my first visit was to be an hour and I wasn't with Michelle very long. I was with an intake person almost as long. I would like to have spent a little more time with her getting to know her as well.

I feel I can rely on my provider & that is a great comfort.
