Dr. Villareal and his staff are always courteous, kind, and go out of their way to help in every way they can. They always answer every question, as well as understand and help with any and all concerns. I have had labs done twice, and Laura has been amazing, very kind, professional, and answered all my questions, she has gotten me in quickly, and treats everyone she talks to with extreme care. Lab technicians Lyndsay and Sarah were very thorough, very kind, explaining everything as they went, and did an amazing job. Being stuck with a needle can be traumatic for some people, and both of these technicians take that into account, and made it go smoothly. I definitely appreciate everyone I've encountered from Dr. Villareal's office and staff, to the labs and their staff.

Establishing care with Dr Villarreal was a pleasant experience. He was very personable and responsive to my needs. I left feeling like we were moving forward as a team. I found Dr Villarreal to be knowledgeable, caring, and humble. The perfect doctor for a post-COVID healthcare skeptic.
