My appointment was at 9:00am, I checked in at 8:45am. I left at 10:00am. I felt like I did a lot of waiting and only visited with the doctor for only 15 minutes I use to see Dr.Ericksen, I would only be in the waiting room about 10 minutes, and only wait about 5-10 minutes in her office for 5-10 minutes.and that was the most time I ever waited. She was very efficient and on schedule. The patient advocate explained to me that the clinic presently is struggling with a shortage of doctors. When I scheduled this appointment it took over a month to meet Dr White. I am concerned that she has a lot of patients and the fact that she is a baby doctor concerns me too, I've been a patient under baby doctors and they have many emergencies that cause appointment changes and cancellations. Not to blame this on doctor White, she was extremely thorough and informative during our visit, and some of my best doctors, were baby doctors. But they have a busy schedule.

Dr. White is a wonderful doctor. She has taken care of me and my family any time there is an issue and she is quick and easy to get into when needed. I definitely recommend her for anyone who doesn't have a regular PCP, older adults, middle age adults, young adults and children. She is very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and will explain her recommendations to help thoroughly.

I was satisfied but I had to wait in drs office 45 minutes or longar till the dr. Showed up. Never happened before
