Clinton, MO. – (June 12, 2025) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is proud to recognize Lucinda Park as its June Employee of the Month.
Park has been a dedicated member of the GVMH team since 2005 as an RN in the Birthing Center. She has also worked as a charge nurse until her current role as Clinical Nurse Coordinator. Park plays a vital role in delivering high quality nursing care and administrative management of the Birthing Center. She is skilled in fetal monitoring, nursery, postpartum and care during labor.
She was nominated for this recognition due to her commitment to the Golden Standard of Care. Park leads by example by consistently stepping up to accommodate her coworkers. She effectively trains new employees and always makes them feel welcome and not scared to embark on their new journey in the Birthing Center. Park has been described as “the calm in the chaos” by both patients and employees when the time comes for babies to be born.
As Employee of the Month, Park received a special GVMH gift, and her name will be permanently displayed on a commemorative plaque at the main campus. She is also one of 12 finalists for the 2025-2026 Employee of the Year award.
