Clinton, MO. – (July 27, 2023) – We are pleased to announce that Bobbi Rains, Physical Therapist, was awarded the Geriatric Clinical Specialist Certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
The Geriatric Clinical Specialist Certification recognizes physical therapists who are committed to providing the best evidence-based care to older adults. To obtain certification, candidates must successfully complete a rigorous examination, demonstrating specialized knowledge and advanced clinical proficiency in geriatric physical therapy. Certifications are valid for 10 years.
